An undisputed icon of the Jura vineyards, Jean-François Ganevat has carved out a golden reputation thanks to his organic and biodynamic work. After having proven himself for a few years at the Jean-Marc Morey estate in Chassagne-Montrachet, he decided to create his own estate. Steeped in the Burgundian know-how that he had received, he created micro plot vintages. In the cellar, his gestures are gentle and minimalist in order to let the wine express itself. The Anne and Jean-François Ganevat estate corresponds to the trading house he set up with his wife.
